About the course
Aim
The course aims to provide theoretical and practical knowledge of professional roles in the aviation sector, especially at an airport. After the course, participants should be able to:
- describe and reflect on professional roles, responsibilities and production processes at a given workplace
- describe how communication processes work in a workplace; between employees, but also with customers and suppliers
- reflect and demonstrate a critical approach regarding social, economic and ecological sustainability at a given workplace
- place the workplace's logistical processes in a larger context, and describe how they interact with external processes
- document, reflect on and present experiences and conclusions from the completed internship
Content
Kursen innebär att studenten är på ett företag i flygbranschen, i normalfallet en flygplats, och deltar i interna utbildningar på företaget samt det dagliga arbetet.
Det praktiska arbetet på flygplatsen bearbetas parallellt teoretiskt och kopplas till övriga kurser på programmet.
