About the course
Aim
After completing the course, students should be able to:
- Understand and apply software testing methods
- Select appropriate test techniques for a particular situation, and motivate, plan, execute and document the test strategy
- Understand boundaries and trade-offs between test strategies
Content
Concepts and procedures when testing software. The subject covers testing at unit, module and system level, automatic and manual technology for generation and validation of test data, static and dynamic analysis. Tools and techniques for TDD and model-based testing.
