About the course

Aim

Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna

beskriva och jämföra olika teorier om lärande, utveckling och motivation
redogöra för hur teorier och begrepp inom pedagogik och pedagogisk psykologi kan användas som ett professionellt verktyg för att stödja barns, ungdomars och vuxnas lärande i undervisningspraktiker
relatera kunskaper om lärande till undervisning i det egna ämnet.

Content

Kursen fokuserar på grundläggande teorier om utveckling, lärande och motivation. I kursen behandlas centrala begrepp och metoder inom pedagogik och pedagogisk psykologi. Dessutom relateras utveckling, lärande och motivation för lärande till undervisning. Därtill diskuteras hur det i olika undervisningssammanhang kan skapas förutsättningar för barns, ungdomars och vuxnas lärande. Frågor om lärande och undervisning berörs också i relation till skilda lärmiljöer och ämnen.
