About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna
- redogöra översiktligt för barnlitteraturens historiska utveckling och moderna former
- jämföra och analysera några skönlitterära texter
- redogöra för några litteraturdidaktiska teorier
- planera och motivera undervisning med stöd i litteraturdidaktiska teorier
- redogöra för hur några estetiska lärprocesser kan stödja barns läs- och skrivutveckling.
Content
I kursen behandlas barn- och ungdomslitteratur och litteraturdidaktik ur olika perspektiv. I kursen ingår studier av barn- och ungdomslitteraturens historiska utveckling och dess moderna former. Skönlitterära texter i olika genrer, inklusive bilderböcker, analyseras. Några litteraturdidaktiska teorier bearbetas, med särskilt fokus på förståelse, tolkning och kritisk granskning. Praktisk omsättning av de teoretiska och analytiska aspekterna på litteratur med fokus på undervisning i 4–6 diskuteras. Dessutom behandlas estetiska lärprocesser och hur dessa kan användas för att stödja läs- och skrivutvecklingen.
