About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande på en avancerad nivå kunna:
- syntetisera och kritiskt granska aktuell forskning i socialt arbete
- självständigt diskutera och värdera samhällsvetenskapliga teorier i socialt arbete
- kritiskt granska och diskutera teoretiska perspektiv i relation till forskningsområden inom socialt arbete
- självständigt granska klassiska vetenskapliga arbeten och diskutera dessas relevans för dagens sociala arbete
- diskutera och problematisera hållbar utveckling i relation till socialt arbete särskilt med avseende på ekonomiska och sociala aspekter
Content
I kursen behandlas och diskuteras aktuell forskning och forskningsområden inom socialt arbete. Olika forskningsområden sätts här i relation till teorier som används inom socialt arbete. Kursen innefattar också granskning av klassiska vetenskapliga texter med relevans för socialt arbete.
