About the course

Aim

Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna:

redogöra för och tillämpa teorier rörande professioner, professionsetik och interprofessionell samverkan i socialt arbete
jämföra olika professioners villkor och praxis samt identifiera förutsättningar för interprofessionell samverkan
tillämpa professionsetisk värderingsförmåga och förhållningssätt
tillämpa kunskaper om kommunikation och samtalsmetodik i mötet med individer och grupper i det sociala arbetet
tillämpa metoder och verktyg för professionell utveckling, samverkan och hållbarhet
värdera den egna professionella utvecklingen samt identifiera fortsatta utvecklingsbehov

Content

Socionomens professionella yrkesidentitet och kompetens är kursens huvudtema. Handledning, självkännedom, samtalsmetodik och professionsetisk värderingsförmåga som metoder och verktyg för professionell utveckling introduceras och tränas som förberedelse för VFU och hållbarhet i kommande yrkesliv. Teoretiska perspektiv på profession och professionsetik behandlas. Under den andra delen av kursen behandlas teorier och metoder för interprofessionellt arbete och samverkan. Genom att den studerande möter såväl yrkesverksamma från olika professioner som studerande från andra professionsutbildningar uppmärksammas olika villkor och praxis samt problem och möjligheter i praktisk samverkan. Avslutningsvis identifieras och sammanfattas det egna behovet av ytterligare kunskap och kompetensutveckling.
