About the course

Aim

Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna:

tillämpa kunskap om hur en psykolog kan arbeta med olika typer av grupper
tillämpa kunskap om hur psykologens förhållningssätt som konsult, handledare eller gruppledare kan anpassas efter en grupps uppgift och mål, samt olika intressenters förväntningar
reflektera över och aktivt arbeta med sin egen roll i smågrupper, utveckla en förståelse för samt tillämpa den på den egna arbetsgruppens process och dynamik
kritiskt reflektera över grupp- och socialpsykologiska perspektiv och teorier
tillämpa teorier om gruppsammansättningens betydelse, dess konsekvenser för arbete och utveckling i grupper, samt för intergruppsprocesser
tillämpa och integrera grupp- och socialpsykologiska begrepp, teorier och empiriska resultat
syntetisera och relatera centrala grupp- och socialpsykologiska begrepp, teorier och empiriska resultat till varandra på en fördjupad nivå, samt hur dessa kan tillämpas i psykologens yrkesutövning

Content

Kursen behandlar grupp- och socialpsykologisk tillämpning. I kursen utvecklas den yrkesmässiga kompetens som är relevant för psykologyrket samt kunskapen att arbeta evidensbaserat med grupper. I kursen behandlas fördjupning om grupp- och socialpsykologi och hur detta kan ta sig uttryck i olika kontexter.
