About the course

Aim

Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna: - i flerpartssamtal tillämpa samtalsfärdigheter relevanta för psykologens yrkesutövande -identifiera samt aktivt arbeta med utvecklingsbehov i förhållande till psykologens samtalsverktyg - muntligt och skriftligt beskriva och analysera centrala begrepp, teorier och tidigare forskning inom ämnesområdet arbets- och organisationspsykologi - muntligt och skriftligt redogöra för utveckling och trender inom ämnesområdet arbets- och organisationspsykologi -tillämpa arbets- och organisationspsykologiska begrepp och teorier -kritisk reflektera kring vetenskaplig litteratur inom ämnesområdet

Content

I kursen övas och examineras flerpartssamtal viktiga för psykologens yrkesroll. Dessutom behandlas grundläggande begrepp och teorier inom det arbets- och organisationspsykologiska fältet, och deras historiska utveckling och trender. Kursen berör områden såsom arbetsorganisation och organisering, ledning och ledarskap, arbete och hälsa, organisationsförändring.
