About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna:
- reflektera kring behandlar- samt klientperspektiv i psykologiskt arbete
- tillämpa ett professionellt förhållningssätt genom att vara medveten om egna värderingar och visa acceptans för andras värderingar
- tillämpa etiska principer samt aktuella lagar och förordningar aktuella för psykologers yrkesutövning i det svenska samhället
- reflektera kring självkännedom; egna förmågor, begränsningar och utvecklingsbehov
- tillämpa ett empatiskt förhållningssätt mot tredje part
- reflektera kring hur egen stress och sårbarhet kan påverka psykologers yrkesutövning
- reflektera kring intersektionella perspektiv relevanta för psykologiskt arbete
- tillämpa specifika samtals- och testfärdigheter mot tredje part
- självständigt tillämpa bjudning av olika typer av psykologiska tester enligt standardiserat förfarande
- genomföra avancerade analyser av testresultat och tillämpa dessa som underlag för bedömning och åtgärd
- muntligt delge ett psykologutredningsresultat till tredje part
Content
I kursen behandlas psykologspecifika färdigheter vad gäller samtal samt psykologisk bedömning och utredning. Teoretiska och empiriska grunder för samtals- och testfärdigheter för psykologiskt arbete behandlas. I kursen behandlas professionell självkännedom, empatisk förmåga och professionella förhållningssätt i psykologiskt arbete. I kursen behandlas också etik, empati, intersektionalitet, lagar och förordningar samt stress och hållbarhet i förhållande till psykologyrket.
