Aim
Efter genomgången kurs ska den studerande kunna:
- exemplifiera innebörden i begreppet ”arketyp” applicerad på designhistorien
- mäta upp, tillverka, dokumentera, beskriva och analysera ett arketypiskt fysiskt objekt
- utföra en praktisk/konstnärlig uppgift med utgångspunkt i ett arketypisk fysiskt objekt och reflektera över, värdera och argumentera för gjorda val och ställningstaganden
- redogöra för och reflektera över samt värdera stil- och designhistoriens objekt och deras funktionella, tillverkningstekniska, symboliska, historiska och sociala betydelser
Content
Dokumentation, uppmätning och tillverkning av replik/kopia. Nyskapande design baserad på replik/kopia samt andra historiska förebilder och kunskaper. Samarbete mellan olika kompetenser.
