About the course
Aim
After completing the course, the student should be able to:
- Exemplify how the design method and materials affect the aesthetic expression
- Practice a number of figurative elements and concepts
- Reflect on cultural norms, values and conventions in relation to method, materials and aesthetics
Content
Bildspråkliga element och begrepp såsom proportioner, balans, riktningar, bildrytm/rörelse, volym/yta, valör, materialitet och komposition. Ateljéstudier med levande modell. 2 och 3d form. Projektuppgift.
